LoviSil® M Transition Splices
LoviSil® medium voltage cable splices have been developed featuring fluid silicones that can boast 30 years proven field experience with an extremely low failure rate. Thanks to the construction and characteristics of the silicone based insulation material, LoviSil® splices ensure a reliable connection. They connect polymeric with paper-insulated cables, regardless of the cable characteristics. Whether it’s 1-core or 3-core, large or small cross-sections, or different armor types, LoviSil® delivers consistent performance.
LoviSil® splices use advanced fluid silicone to ensure reliable insulation, filling voids and preventing moisture ingress. On PILC cables, it preserves paper insulation, preventing papers from drying out.
