LoviSil® Repair Splices

Cable damage doesn’t always require full replacement. The LoviSil® repair cable splice offers a fast, durable and cost-efficient solution—minimizing downtime and preserving the integrity of both polymeric and paper-insulated medium voltage cables.

The LoviSil® repair cable splice is designed for permanent repair of damaged cables without the need to replace large sections. Thanks to its extended tube set and modular LoviSil® construction, this cable splice offers:

  • Sustainable cable restoration with full mechanical and electrical protection maintained over time
  • Minimal disruption by enabling targeted repairs without requiring additional cable splices or excavation
  • Reliable long-term sealing, with LoviSil® fluid silicone insulation and Protolin® resin housing tested up to 35 kV
